Notify us immediately if you are not able to join the event!

We get it, stuff happens. Work, Kids. Life. If you need to reschedule 99% of the time this is not a problem! But you must make contact with us 36 hours BEFORE the event! Email offroadinstruction@gmail.com , or call/text 570.233.2643. If you do not notify us 36 hours before the event you will not be able to reschedule, and no refund will be issued. 

Need to reschedule but not sure when? As long as you notify us 36 hours BEFORE your event you have the option to reschedule. We will keep your reservation on file until you are ready to pick out a date!

 100% of your reservation is non refundable. You can avoid losing your reservation by keeping it on file and using towards a future date, but you must notify us 36 hours BEFORE your event to be able to do this.

A refund will not be made if your vehicle failed mechanically, other cause or if you choose/chose to leave the event for any reason. 

There are situations where we will offer partial refunds. 

Please note that we are a small business and when you cancel and request a refund, not only do we refund your money, but we incur charges to process the refund. Therefore, if a refund is approved, 50% of your reservation will not be refunded to process these fees.  Please consider this before registering for future events or consider keeping your reservation on file and rescheduling to a future date.
